
𝗪𝗮𝗪𝗮 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗦𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: If you made purchases at Wawa with your credit or debit card from March 4, 2019 to December 19, 2019, you are eligible to file a claim.
Submitting a claim is very straightforward using the link to the WaWa Data Breach Settlement Administration website below and clicking on the orange button on the right-hand corner that says “File Claim.” Claim forms that can be printed and mailed are also available on the website. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝗶𝗺 𝗶𝘀 𝗡𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟵, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟭.

The Settlement provides three alternative Tiers of relief to class members who submit a valid claim. 𝗘𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗧𝗶𝗲𝗿 𝟭 claimants (those who made a purchase at WaWa during the relevant period using a credit or debit card and spent time monitoring their accounts) will receive a $5 gift card. 𝗘𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗧𝗶𝗲𝗿 𝟮 claimants (those who made a purchase at WaWa during the relevant period using a credit or debit card; can provide reasonable proof of an actual or attempted fraudulent charge; and spent time monitoring their accounts as a result) will receive a $15 gift card. 𝗘𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗧𝗶𝗲𝗿 𝟯 claimants (those who made a purchase at WaWa during the relevant period using a credit or debit card and can provide reasonable documentary proof of money they lost or spent out-of-pocket reasonably attributable to an actual or fraudulent charge) can receive cash reimbursement for their loss up to $500.
Also, under the settlement, Wawa has implemented and agreed to further implement significant data security enhancements collectively valued at no less than $35 million.
